sold or revealed to anyone! This also includes your e-mail address. It's that
simple!

In-stock items are
usually shipped within 24-72 hours (1-3 business days) of order
receipt/approval and delivered within approximately 15 business days.
(Lower 48 states only).
*Most orders shipped
within the U.S. (48 contiguous states only) will be sent via standard
shipping (best way, usually UPS Ground or US Mail, our choice) with no
additional charges. (Our International suppliers ships via their choice.)
Also at this time we only
ship to customers within the USA, Canada & US territories. However, many of our
'toons are shipped from our International supplier. Therefore, we ask that you
wait approximately 15 business days for delivery.
Inventory
Availability & Backorders - Toons Town cannot guarantee that the items
listed in our catalog are in stock and will actually be shipped right away, since
our inventory is dynamic and can change significantly from day to day. An item
may be in stock while you are placing your order, and sold out by the time your
order is processed. All Items listed on our website may be discontinued without
prior notice.
Backordered merchandise includes all items that are not currently in stock. In
most cases, these items are on order from manufactures, distributors, and we are
awaiting or researching stock information from one or more of our suppliers. If
you choose to be notified when merchandise is in stock, we will then immediately
contact you via email. At that time you may have the choice to reorder or
cancel. We will never charge your credit card or ask for any form of payment,
unless the product(s) you ordered is in stock.


Our merchandise is guaranteed to
be free of damages or defects.
Non-damaged
Items -
We guarantee your satisfaction with Toons Town merchandise.
*Returned merchandise must be in factory sealed packaging.
*Exchanges, returns, and cancellation
will not be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA) issued by us.
*Returns will be refused without an RMA.
*The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.
*We are not responsible for return packages lost by the carrier.
Simply
contact us and we will get back to you within 72 hours
with instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items -
If you receive a damaged
or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full
refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be
charged any additional shipping and handling fees for replacement shipments.
Defective items must be returned within 30 days of sale. After 30 days, the
consumer must return the product to the manufacturer's authorized warranty
station for warranty repair. Items showing installer or consumer abuse will not
be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable.
In
any of the above cases, you must contact us first. We will
then get back to you within 72 hours with instructions on how to return your
product and then we will replace the product with a new one or issue a refund.
*Please
include as much information about the product as possible, including what the
problem is. When you place an
order with us, you'll get an email confirmation, which will have the order
number, product
code and information. SAVE this email or
print it out for your records, until you have received your order and have had
a chance to examine it. You will need your order number & product
information, in order to get a new one.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND INCOMPLETE ITEMS SUCH AS MISSING PARTS
OR MANUALS WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RETURN/EXCHANGE FEE. NO
REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS!!!
EXCEPTIONS FOR THE ABOVE GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY WILL BE MADE BY TOONS TOWN
ON A PER ISSUE BASIS, IF NECESSARY, AND WILL BE BASED ON THE SOLE DISCRETION OF
TOONS TOWN MANAGEMENT.
